Mat based classes concentrating on developing core strength and stability. Pilates provides a holistic approach to exercise which can dramatically improve your posture and appearance, relieve back pain, reduce stress and enhance your well being.

One to one tuition
Pilates training on a one to one basis adds an individual touch to each session.  A personal programme specifically designed for you to target the areas you want to work and to reach your very own goals.  Sessions are one hour each.  For prices and bookings please contact me directly. 

Pre & post natal Pilates
If you are pregnant and looking for a suitable form of exercise to keep you fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy then Pilates is ideal for you.  It can be done throughout your whole pregnancy and also shortly after giving birth. 

Pilates in the Workplace                          Working environments can often leave us feeling tired and tense at the end of a long day sat at an office desk.  Many back problems are a common result of incorrect posture during long periods of sitting infront of a computer.  Pilates is a great way to help you through your working day, by fitting in a short session during a lunch break or at the start or the end of the day.  If you have the facilities at work ( a spare conference room ) then the option to have a one to one session on your own or with a colleague, or a small group session with your office floor ( max 15 people ) is a great chance to relieve those aches and pains and ease the stress of the day.

Mind over matter

According to practitioners, the central aim of Pilates is to attempt to create a fusion of mind and body, so that without thinking about it the body will move with economy, grace, and balance.

Additional Information

Pre-paid courses:  Payment required in full for the duration of the course prior to the start date.
Pay as you go:  Payment required on the day you attend the class.
Members only:  Please contact the club directly to enquire about club membership.
Intermediate:  Pilates experience required.  Completion of a beginners course or minimum six weeks of attending beginners level classes.
Beginners:  Ideal for those who are completely new to Pilates, those recovering from injury or those with limited ability.  This level of class will introduce you to the technique of Pilates with gentle moves that are ideal  for newcomers.

All levels:  Suitable for all levels of fitness.  All movements progress gradually from a beginners level through to an intermediate/advanced level, therefore giving the individual the ability to tailor the class to suit their own goals.
